We learn how local government works and build relationships with leaders.•We welcome change and keep learning together.OUR VISION
Civic Engagement - we believe in the power of individual and collective actions to address issues of public concern and create meaningful change in our community
Compassion - we are committed to fostering a community where empathy and the desire to alleviate others’ distress guide our actions
Connection - we strive to build relationships rooted in mutual respect, where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued, and where judgment is replaced by support
Equity - we are dedicated to ensuring fair treatment, access, and opportunity for all, while working to eliminate systemic barriers to full participation
Progress - we are focused on continued growth, rather than trying to be perfect, striving to always be improving, adapting, and learning
